UYK Homes proposes to develop a presidential pilot housing project on 13.5 hectares of land in Gaduwa, Abuja, both privately and in collaboration with the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria. Gaduwa is one of Abuja’s Phase 2 districts which is located to the southwest of the city center. It is a developing district that is primarily residential. It is accessible via Apo Legislative Quarters, Games Village, Gudu Market, and other locations. This scheme aims to have all of the infrastructure in place, including a reliable road network, drainage system, electricity, portable water, secured perimeter fencing, closed-circuit surveillance, and other features.
